Continuing education has always been a central focus for CLC.
Seminars on subjects of special interest to the industry are presented semi-annually in Toronto.
Presenters from CLC’s speciality groups with particular expertise in the practice areas relating to the topics have been primary presenters in the seminars. Specialists from the Harmonie Group and CLC’s European affiliation also participate to comment on the America perspective and developing trends in other jurisdictions outside North America.
Guest speakers from the industry and the judiciary also participate.
CLC’s seminars are followed by receptions attended by hundreds of industry clientele. In combination, CLC’s seminars and receptions have now become significant industry events.
